You will be part of the catering team providing a wide range of food & beverage offers to students, staff and visitors across various outlets. This requires to be delivered in a profitable and effective environment, whilst demonstrating excellent customer service and organisational skills.:
Based on the John Anderson campus you will be an integral part of the Retail team within Catering services. As Food & Beverage Assistant, you will primarily set up and serve staff, students and visitors a variety of food and beverages. You love working as part of a team and must be passionate about customer service and delivery of a wide range of catering services. You will be professional and work in a courteous manner, ensuring agreed Departmental standards are met consistently.
Excellent customer service skills and a flexible approach to work patterns are essential.
You must have the ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative at times.
Work pattern of 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 17.5 hours per week over 31 weeks
