Strathclyde Institute of Pharmacy and Biomedical Science seeks to appoint a Postdoctoral Research Associate with experience in antibody analysis in an interdisciplinary team of chemists, biologists, and formulation scientists as part of a BBSRC Prosperity Partnership award researching the development of next-generation antibody-drug conjugates. We are looking for an individual committed to interdisciplinary research with a team player mindset. You will possess a science-based education to/commensurate with PhD level with experience/related degree in the Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biological Chemistry or equivalent relevant qualification. You will have considerable science-based technical experience to support a range of laboratory procedures including the bioproduction and conjugation of antibodies, cell culture and the use of analytical equipment to study conjugate biophysical properties. Working as a team member, you will be highly organised with a positive approach to working in a dynamic research environment. You will work closely with industry collaborators from GlaxoSmithKline and engage with the wider UK academic landscape and industrial partners.
