The University of Strathclyde is embarking on a significant strategic project to implement a new student information management system - SIMS Project.
The Business Change Trainer will be part of the Business Change workstream, which will support the delivery of the new Student Information Management System with a focus on the people side of change.
The post holder will primarily participate in the design, creation, co-ordination and delivery of training, and support the design and delivery of all initiatives to ensure the business is engaged and prepared for a successful implementation. The post holder will also participate in aspects of business change readiness, such as supporting the communications network, impact assessments and system demos.
The post-holder will support regular sessions with project stakeholders across the University to ensure risks are highlighted and issues escalated, alongside supporting decisions where relevant to the delivery of the project.
