Salary range: £39,992-£49,149 per annum
FTE: 1.0 (35 hours per week)

The Department of Estates Services invites applications for this new post to head the building and associated trades’ direct labour section which employs approximately 50 staff. Candidates will be graduates in a construction related field (preferably Building Surveying) and will have strategic and operational experience at senior management level.
Flexibility, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proven leadership and sound business skills are essential for this post.
Interviews are scheduled to take place mid-February 2018.
