As the Participation Associate, you will support the delivery of an ambitious participation and engagement strategy for CELCIS.

 

Suitable candidates will be highly skilled at developing relationships and have a strong track record in stakeholder management.  Recent experience of leading participation activity that placed the voice of people with lived experience at the heart of practice and policy development, is also critical for this role.

 

The postholder will have proven ability in building effective working relationships at all levels and a demonstrated ability to develop and to lead new and innovative work.

You will work closely with the Policy Implementation Lead as well colleagues across CELCIS who lead on our projects and programmes. You will be a self-starter who likes to be part of and lead a team and you will relish challenges. This roles requires the ability to work flexibly, working both within and outside office settings, travelling, and in non-core business hours.

This position is to provide maternity cover for a fixed term 12 month period.
